Introduction

If you've forgotten or if you’ve lost access to your account credentials, follow the steps below to reset your password. This article also includes troubleshooting tips to help you resolve any issues that might arise during the process.


Resetting your password

  • Navigate to your company-specific URL, formatted as https://[yourcompanyname].collegial.com. Make sure to spell your company name without spaces, hyphens, or similar. If you do not know your company-specific URL, contact a learning representative from your company or reach out to support@collegial.com
  • Click on the "Forgot password?" link, on the login screen
  • Enter your email address in the provided field and click "Continue"
  • You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Open the email and click on the "RESET PASSWORD" button
  • A new tab should open in your web browser. Enter a new password and confirm it by re-entering it in the provided fields. Click "RESET PASSWORD" to complete the process
  • Your password has now been reset

Troubleshooting

  • Did you not receive an email? Make sure to first check your spam or junk folders as the email might have been filtered. If you still did not receive a password reset email, ensure you have previously signed up for an account. An email will not be sent if you have not signed up
  • If you are a new user and haven't yet signed up, use the Welcome email you received to complete the sign-up process. If the invitation link within the Welcome email is no longer valid, please refer to this article: What to do if you see the invitation not found or already used message
  • If you have not received a Welcome email, your company might be using Single Sign-On (SSO) for sign-up. In this case, navigate to your company-specific URL and click on "Automatic login (SSO)" to complete your sign-up process
