Adding users
To add users to the platform, admin users need to take the following steps:
- Go to “People” tab
- Click “Invite”
- Paste one email per row in the invite field
- For large groups, send invites in batches (recommended: 80–100 emails per invite)
- Click “Send invite”
Learners will receive an email to join the platform. Once they’ve accepted, you as an admin can enroll them in specific journeys.
Using your welcome email as a learner to sign up
When learners receive a welcome email from the Collegial platform, it includes everything they need to create their account and start using the platform. Learners needs to follow these steps to sign up:
- Open the welcome email and click on the "GET STARTED" button. A new browser page will open with instructions.
- Follow the instructions to create their password and accept the invitation.
- Enter their desired password in the provided field and click "Continue".
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the sign-up process, including agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice, and entering their name.
Troubleshooting issues
- "Invitation not found or already used" error:
